Trucker Hat

Happy with the Boil Boss and paddle… Trucker hat, not so much. The vented part(back) is plastic and VERY rough on the ears! Needs cloth.

I’ve wanted one of these for the past 6 months, finally they debuted the small size (I have a 44 Qt Pot)!! Results are amazing , this thing drops temp down to 150 like a stone with no ice. Soaks are more productive at absorbing that flavor without it getting watered down. I’d recommend to anyone doing seafood boils.
