Sizing information: The Boil Boss's pivoting brackets allow for it to adjust to a wide range of pot diameter.

Standard Boil Boss fits 60-120 quart pots. Has an inner diameter of 25.5 inches.

Large Boil Boss fits 120-200 quart pots. Has an inner diameter of 29 inches.

Small Boil Boss fits 60 quart pots and under.

I believe it will be a great product, but I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size boil boss. My pots are only 40 quarts, i ordered a standrd size boil boss which starts at 60 quarts. Is there any way I can return the boil boss for one that fits my 40 quart pot?

This thing WORKS like a charm...

Everything about this contraption is awesome. It does exactly as it should and bring down the boil temp FAST. I recommend anyone doing a pot boil to get one of these. You won't be disappointed.
